We are looking for enthusiastic, seasoned, and goal-oriented real estate sales consultants with a ‘can-do’ work ethic, the correct ‘attitude’ and a willingness to work hard. A candidate with experience in local real estate is preferred but not necessary.
Candidates with well-networked and experienced listing and selling established properties and selling off-plan project marketing are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in second languages, such as Italian, Greek, Mandarin (Chinese), Vietnamese, or Indonesian, is advantageous. An attractive remuneration structure is on offer and negotiable based on experience level.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying New Property Listings
- Conducting Inspections
- Presenting Properties to Potential Buyers
- Providing Feedback and Reports to Home Owners
- Negotiating Sales Contracts on Behalf of Sellers
- Prospecting via Cold Calling and Door Knocking

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Having a minimum of two years of experience in Residential Sales is a MUST.
- Be proactive, strategic, and innovative in their approach to closing deals.
- Understand how to add value to clients through the selling process.
- Deliver excellent client service and have strong emotional intelligence.
- Excellent people skills – lead by example.
- Enthusiastic with a professional & positive attitude.
- Self-motivated & committed.
