The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join an international real estate agency with offices in Australia and Indonesia for those who want to advance their careers. Fluency in the second language is an advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the Property Management Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of 150 to 180 properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Implementing lease and property management processes, including client relations and legal compliance.
  • Analysing the regular property inspection reports and addressing any maintenance or renter issues promptly.
  • Maintaining effective communication with property owners and renters to foster satisfaction and retention.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on leasing and property matters and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing standard leases and policies across various asset classes.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, pref in residential and commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial leases legislation and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using property management software, databases, and other relevant technology
  • A relevant qualification in Property Services (Real Estate) or a closely related field.
  • Experience in a multicultural team environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • The capacity to analyse complex property issues and understand the economic environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, would be considered advantageous.
